減少量測時間
如需優化車身製造過程中的的品質流程,就必須盡快獲取量測結果。高機動性的蔡司 CSC大大減少了量測時間,安全性也絲毫不減。
內部的安全概念除了對現有的關節式元件進行碰撞保護外,還能在感測器板整合一個防碰撞軸承。能有效防止感測器與零件碰撞時造成損壞。
重新設計的探針更換裝置
CSC的另一大亮點在於重新設計的探針更換裝置。與RDS的步進關節式裝置一樣,更換裝置也採用完全被動式結構。
這意味著量測儀上不再需要壓縮空氣,能從而為用戶節省成本。因為在未通電的情況下也能工作,更換器可以根據需要調整位置。
