Fabiano Burzlaff Berta
I am a Production Engineer with an MBA in Quality Management. I have 23 years of experience with ZEISS measurements. I have been working with the CMM ZEISS portal type since 1997. I started measuring with a ZEISS type C700 portal with the UMESS 300 software. I already participated in a retrofit of UMESS 300 for UMESS UX in 2000. In 2005, I had another participation in the retrofit for Calypso. I have already measured with different types of CMM ZEISS: C700, Contura, Duramax, ScanMax, Prismo 7, and Prismo Navigatior with RT. I have courses in Basic Calypso, Advanced Calypso, Curve, Planner Simulator, PCM, Gear and RT. In 2005, I participated in the industrial improvement in Oberkochen by ZEISS.
Currently, I work at the company Nexteer in Porto Alegre - RS - Brazil, where I am also responsible for the measurement room. I do all of the ZEISS programmings and also assist with some measurement programs for the Nexteer factory in Morocco. I created and am the administrator of a group of WhatsApp Calypso users. Where I help solve problems related to measurements. In this group, we have more than 100 participants. My desire has always been to be a ZEISS specialist. And work at this fascination company. That's why I'm a metrology hero.
