建立專案範本
您可透過專案範本輕鬆將評估結果轉移到其他零件。每個步驟都會儲存於專案範本中,然後套用至新零件。您也可將檢驗流程儲存為專案範本,然後重複使用相同檢驗流程。所有評估流程均無須指令碼、事先規劃或使用者介入。
比較多個零件
趨勢分析允許您在單一專案內比較多個零件。多個階段可用於趨勢分析及統計製程控制。您會在評估時收到範圍與sigma的統計色圖。SPC參數也包括在內。此外,同時透過表格與圖表來呈現趨勢。
